Job Description:

• We are recruiting for Sales Personnel to join our team in Ikeja.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a timely manner
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to maximize sales
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product development
• Attend sales meetings, trainings, and events as required

Job Requirements:

• HND/ Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales and marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
• Ability to adapt to market changes and trends
