WorkCentral Nigeria is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to drive business growth and customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and delivering outstanding service throughout the sales cycle. This role requires a high-energy individual with excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for delivering value in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients to promote repeat business.
Present, promote, and sell workspace solutions—including co-working plans, virtual offices, and meeting room packages.
Conduct needs assessments to offer customized, value-driven solutions that align with client goals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
Negotiate terms and close sales contracts to achieve revenue goals.
Maintain detailed records of sales activity, client interactions, and deal status using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM).
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and support lead generation efforts.
Provide structured feedback to management on customer preferences, market demand, and service improvement opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in flexible workspaces, real estate services, or hospitality.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable with CRM systems and data-driven sales tracking.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a high-performance environment.
