Responsibilities And Duties

• As a sales Executive at Watu, you'll be at the helm of this revolutionary endeavour, shaping the future of finance. You'll lead a dynamic team of sales professionals, driving business growth and helping customers fulfil their financial aspirations through innovative solutions.

Generate Leads:

• Identify and prospect potential customers in designated areas through various channels, including door-to-door visits, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and gather insights into customer preferences and purchasing behavior.

Sales Conversion:

• Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present Watu Simu products and services effectively, highlighting their features, benefits, and affordability.
• Guide customers through the sales process, address objections, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration preferred
• Three Years Of Direct Sales Experience Required
• Technical understanding of the CRM system
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
