Establish specific sales targets and provide reports on performance and achievements.
Generating, editing, and sharing compelling property listings daily across various platforms.
Monitoring market conditions and property metrics to inform sales strategies.
Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, property management, and finance, to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Engaging with potential clients, addressing inquiries promptly, and managing client relationships.
Driving property inquiries and sales through effectively implementing sales strategies and meeting sales targets.
Key Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in any field
1+ years of mid-level work experience as a Sales Executive
A strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of the local real estate market, property types, pricing trends, and legal regulations.
Familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools is a plus.
