    Sales Executive (Territory Based)

    Job Responsibilities

    • As a Sales Executive, you will look after your assigned business territory, building relationships with target customers and getting appointments for product demos and making sure that our product's values are well-communicated.
    • You will also be responsible for generating product orders which attract extra commission. Our products are Consumer Technology and Software solutions with high demand.
    • As well as Highbreed Learning Solutions for Educational institutions.
    • The job holder is responsible for collecting valuable feedback from every prospect and providing the same for business analytics and product solution improvement to the management team.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of ND / BSc in Sales and Marketing or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years Field Marketing/Sales experience.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
    • Must possess adequate selling skills.
    • Demonstrate good planning skills, including prioritizing and time management.
    • Excellent written and communication skills.
    • Demonstrate a deep passion for sales and marketing.
    • Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills.
    • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Displays high ethical behaviour towards customers, suppliers, and others in the Company.

    Compensation
    There are three levels of compensation tied to performance:

    • xiFIX Basic Pay
    • Fixed logistics incentive,
    • Sales Commission Pay.
