    Sales Executive

    About T40 Technologies

    We are changing the face of intercity mobility across Africa. We are leading the way in developing world-class digital solutions for stakeholders in the intercity transport segment. Our mission is to provide an open platform that would support easy and cost-efficient digitization of associated ground transportation services in Nigeria and across Africa. Our vision is to become the leading technology partner for ground transportation stakeholders across Africa supporting Operators, Travelers, OTAs and other retail partners. We have developed an integrated inventory management, fleet management, logistics management, and CRM system for the modern intercity transport service provider. Our solutions create value for operators, travelers, OTAs, and regulators.

    We are a fully remote team with colleagues spread across 5 cities in 2 continents and counting. We are looking to grow our team to support our expanding client base.

    The Position

    We are looking for a Sales & Ops Freelancer for our Growth team that will:

    • Keep an up-to-date inventory of operators for a district in designated city
    • Coordinate offline sales activities in designated city
    • Be responsible for operations for a district in designated city

    About You

    You are qualified for this role if you meet the following requirements. Ideally, you:

    • Are excited about working in a tech startup making impact in the African mobility and logistics space
    • Have demonstrated that you are great at executing tasks and seeing them through
    • Have demonstrated leadership capabilities in previous roles
    • Are self-motivated and can work independently 
    • Are self-motivated and optimistic
    • Are a recent graduate of a higher institution (university, polytechnic, etc.) who completed studies no earlier than 2018

    Success Criteria

    For this role, we have highlighted performance indicators that would indicate success in this position. They are:

    • Grow transaction volume in your city by at least 20% within first 6 months
    • Increase cost efficiency of Operations by at least 10% within first 6 months
    • Close at least one operator deal every month

    Remuneration: Commissions/Bonuses up to N250,000 per month
