Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive.
• The Sales Executive will be responsible for overseeing property sales, leasing, rent, and shortlet activities.
• They will collaborate with clients, negotiate agreements, manage sales operations, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Extensive experience in property sales
• Extensive track record of closed real estate sales
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• CRM and MS Office proficiency
• Good knowledge of the luxury real estate market in Nigeria
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• HND, BSc, or MSc in a related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
