    Sales Executive

    Responsibilities:

    Sales Leadership:

    • Drive the sales strategy for our comprehensive range of renewable energy solutions.
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Develop an in-depth understanding of our solar systems, inverters, batteries, and gensets to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.

    Sales Targets:

    • Exceed sales targets through strategic planning, effective communication, and exceptional sales skills.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.

    Customer Engagement:

    • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
    • Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements to provide informed recommendations to clients.

    Qualifications:

    Key Skills:

    • Proven track record of successful sales in the renewable energy sector.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.

    Passion for Renewable Energy:

    • Genuine interest in promoting sustainable and eco-friendly solutions.
    • Knowledge of solar systems, inverters, batteries, and gensets is a plus.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in sales, especially in the renewable energy sector, is advantageous.

    Results-Driven:

    • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and quotas.
    • Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving measurable results.

    Agility and Adaptability:

    • Energetic, agile, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
    • Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical concepts.
