    Sales Executive – Solar Solutions

    About the Role

    • We are looking for proactive Sales Executives to generate leads, engage customers, and drive solar solution sales. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, presenting tailored proposals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and digital channels.
    • Assess customer energy needs and present tailored solar solutions.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and BOQs.
    • Close deals, meet sales targets, and maintain accurate CRM records.
    • Ensure smooth project handover and post-sales customer support.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
    • 1 - 4 years’ experience in solar sales, technical product sales, or field sales.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets; solar experience is advantageous.
    • Optional certifications: GIZ/NESP, REAN, RETTI, GSES, SEI Africa, or professional sales certifications.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to explain solar solutions to non-technical customers.
    • Pipeline management, CRM proficiency, and customer service orientation.
    • Confidence, resilience, and teamwork skills.
