    Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales:

    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
    • Set ambitious sales goals and take proactive steps to drive growth.

    Experiential Marketing:

    • Plan and execute experiential marketing initiatives such as product demonstrations, pop-up events, and campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative strategies that boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing activities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance marketing efforts.

    Customer Experience:

    • Deliver exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints, fostering loyalty and long-term relationships.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of products and embodying brand values.
    • Provide personalized product recommendations and seamless shopping experiences.
    • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and performance analyses.
    • Monitor market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges.
    • Leverage data insights to refine sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive growth.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, hospitality, or personal care.
    • Strong knowledge of experiential marketing principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for connecting with customers.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding results.
    • In-depth understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and industry trends.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Analytical mindset, with expertise in interpreting sales data for strategic decisions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
