    Sales Executive

    Role Summary:

    • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving the sales of Sabre products and securing new signed contracts. This role involves overseeing the initial customer conversion process and ensuring that customers reach a stable contract run rate before transferring them to the Account Manager for ongoing support.

    Key Tasks:

    • Achieve assigned annual targets for agency conversion.
    • Successfully onboard new customers to reach contract run rate within a designated period.
    • Secure a pre-determined number of new conversion flown bookings.
    • Maintain a full, updated sales pipeline documented in the CRM.
    • Organise and host sales events to increase Sabre brand awareness with prospective agencies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively prospect and qualify new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
    • Manage and maintain a full pipeline of new sales opportunities at all times.
    • Develop sales strategies, respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals), and generate proposals that align with sales objectives.
    • Analyse internal and external data to extract meaningful insights that support prospecting and targeting new customers.
    • Prepare detailed sales reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve the sales pipeline and increase profitability.
    • Stay updated on the Sabre product line and third-party products to effectively discuss and present them to potential clients.
    • Pitch Sabre to potential clients, presenting the value and benefits of Sabre products and services effectively.
    • Overcome sales objections and work towards securing a “Yes” to finalise contract signatures.
    • Lead successful conversions to achieve contracted bookings.

    Qualifications:

    • BSC/HND in any related field
    • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the travel, communications or technology industry.
    • Strong ability to prospect and develop new business opportunities.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive sales strategies.
    • Willingness to travel as required for sales events and client meetings.
