• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales.
• You will play a key role in promoting our developments, meeting sales targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from inquiry to deal closure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through various sales channels.
• Conduct property inspections, presentations, and negotiations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to build strong relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong network and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Benefits

• Salary: N150,000 Net Monthly.
• 5% commission on landed property sold
• 7% commission on apartments sold
