Sales Executive (Public Sector) at Coolbucks

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive (Public Sector) located in Lagos. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling the CoolBucks’ products and services.
• The Sales executive should have expertise in selling public sector loans (NPF, FCTA, Customs, Correctional Services etc) and should consistently exceed their sales targets.
• The day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, presenting product offerings, outdoor traditional marketing, digital marketing, tele marketing, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Must have completed NYSC
• Preferred candidate should have 1+ year(s) of experience in sales in a consumer finance company with specialty in public sector. Candidates with 0 years post NYSC will also be considered for entry level position
• The candidate should be currently managing a strong portfolio of public sector clientele in a consumer finance company
• Candidate must be strong in traditional outdoor marketing
• Proven track record of exceeding sales target in public sector
• Must be ambitious and desire to become a supervisor within 12 months
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Ability to prepare and implement weekly sales plan
• Must possess good writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
