Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Lagos.
• The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving the sales of insurance products.
• Key responsibilities include reaching sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, and staying updated on industry trends to offer clients the best solutions.
• The role requires proactive outreach, follow-up on leads, and the ability to professionally represent NPF Insurance Co. Ltd. in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales, business development, and client relationship management capabilities
• An understanding of insurance products or services (prior experience in insurance sales is an advantage)
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet sales targets
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Adaptability, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRMs
• BSc or OND in any related field
