    Sales Executive / Manager

    Sales Strategy Development:

    • Design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Identify target markets, customer segments, and sales approaches.

    Team Leadership & Management:

    • Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
    • Motivate and coach team members to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Monitor performance and provide regular feedback.

    Sales Operations Oversight:

    • Manage daily operations of the sales department.
    • Ensure effective use of CRM tools and data tracking systems.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
    • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

    Market & Competitor Analysis:

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Adjust strategies based on market intelligence and business shifts.

    Budgeting & Forecasting:

    • Develop sales forecasts and revenue projections.
    • Evaluate ROI on sales initiatives and campaigns.

    Reporting & Communication:

    • Prepare regular sales reports for upper management.
    • Communicate updates, challenges, and successes across departments.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams.

    Compliance & Ethics:

    • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Promote ethical sales practices and professional conduct.
