    Sales Executive

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role combines direct sales responsibilities with supervisory oversight of field sales personnel.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring the productivity and discipline of the field sales team.

    Job Description

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
    • Coordinate and conduct field activities including property inspections, client visits, and roadshows.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
    • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    • Oversee and support a team of field sales personnel.
    • Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for the field team.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of field sales reps and provide coaching as needed.
    • Ensure that field staff adhere to company policies and brand standards.
    • Prepare weekly reports on sales report, team performance and field activities to management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
    • Ability to generate leads through digital platforms.
    • Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
    • Must be willing to travel locally for field supervision and client meetings.
