    Sales Executive

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our luxury brand team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent relationship management skills and a deep understanding of the luxury market. This role requires someone with an eye for detail, refined communication and the ability to provide a premium customer experience while meeting sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales growth by actively promoting and selling luxury products/services to high-net-worth clients.
    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service and personalized engagement.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
    • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while ensuring brand standards are upheld.
    • Provide product knowledge and expert advice to clients, tailoring solutions to their preferences and lifestyle.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and business development team to execute promotional campaigns and exclusive events.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in the luxury goods, fashion, hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle industry.
    • Strong network of high-value clients and ability to prospect effectively.
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of professionalism, confidence, and discretion.
    • Strong business acumen with a target-driven mindset.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required for client meetings or luxury events.
