Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and property/site inspections.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales effectively.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Marketing or related courses.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel for site inspections and business development activities.
