    Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
    • Conduct client meetings and property/site inspections.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Negotiate and close sales effectively.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree in Marketing or related courses.
    • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.
    • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Willingness to travel for site inspections and  business development activities.
