    Sales Executive

    Job Purpose

    • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the telecoms sector.
    • The role involves building strong client relationships, promoting telecoms products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve business targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telecoms industry (corporate, SME, and retail clients).
    • Promote and sell telecoms products and services (e.g., internet connectivity, data solutions, voice services, enterprise solutions, managed services, etc.).
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable margins and client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the Service Management, Technology, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
    • Provide feedback to management on customer requirements and potential product improvements.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field.
    • 2–5 years proven sales experience, preferably in telecoms, IT, or related industries.
    • Strong understanding of telecoms products and services (internet, data, fiber, voice, enterprise solutions, etc.).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets.
    • Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Networking and relationship-building ability.
