Sales Executive at Fort Knox Group

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in the showroom with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and recommendations to customers.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom display.
• Record customer feedback and report recurring issues to management

Qualifications & Skills

• HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service /corporate sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Goal-driven, confident, and results-oriented.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
