Sales Executive at Fadac Resources

Our client is a fast-growing loan service provider committed to delivering financial solutions tailored to the needs of individuals, small businesses, and organizations.

We are seeking a goal-driven and proactive Sales Executive to drive loan product sales, identify prospective clients, and build lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate is persuasive, confident, and experienced in selling financial products or services.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell loan products to individuals and businesses
• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
• Educate prospective customers on loan products and eligibility
• Assist clients with loan applications and documentation
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with the credit and operations team to ensure smooth loan processing
• Provide market feedback to improve products and services
• Maintain accurate records of sales and client communications

Requirements

• OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or related field
• 1–3 years experience in sales, preferably in financial services or microfinance
• Good knowledge of loan products and financial solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Target-driven with ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
