Location: Lekki, Lagos.
Client: A Tech oriented Organization with a brand presence within the Ecommerce space of Nigeria and Africa.
Job Summary:
A Team member that handles setting up a sales pipeline to determine the effectiveness of personal sales strategies, being up to date on the latest industry trends, and providing excellent after-sales service to retain customers.
Principal Duties
Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
Product recommendation to clients ( based on market trends, which includes Upselling and cross-selling)
Generating leads and Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
Support customers, give necessary recommendations and maintain a healthy relationship.
Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
Service existing accounts obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Job Experience and Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience as a sales personnel
University degree (or it equivalent) in Business Admin or related field
Negotiation and Sales Closing skills
Sales Forecasting
Customer support with excellent Communication Skills
Product Knowledge and Use of ERP
Time Management And Instantaneous Decision-Making Skills
Detailed and Structured Reporting Skills.
