    Sales Executive

    Location: Lekki,  Lagos.

     

    Client: A Tech oriented Organization with a brand presence within the Ecommerce space of Nigeria and Africa.

    Job Summary:

    A Team member that handles setting up a sales pipeline to determine the effectiveness of personal sales strategies, being up to date on the latest industry trends, and providing excellent after-sales service to retain customers.

    Principal Duties

    • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities 

    • Product recommendation to clients ( based on market trends, which includes Upselling and cross-selling)

    • Generating leads and Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs

    • Support customers, give necessary recommendations and maintain a healthy relationship.

    • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.

    • Service existing accounts obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

    Job Experience and Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a sales personnel 

    • University degree (or it equivalent) in Business Admin or related field 

    • Negotiation and Sales Closing skills

    • Sales Forecasting

    • Customer support with excellent Communication Skills

    • Product Knowledge and Use of ERP

    • Time Management And Instantaneous Decision-Making Skills 

    • Detailed and Structured Reporting Skills.
