    Sales Executive - Equipment Division

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a goal-oriented and persuasive Sales Executive to drive sales and business opportunities in our equipment division.
    • This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of equipment leasing and sales, and the ability to work collaboratively with the Equipment Manager to grow the business.
    • The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing leads from prospect to close.

    Responsibilities
    Sales & Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in equipment leasing, sales, and services.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, contractors, and vendors.
    • Collaborate with the Equipment Manager to pitch equipment solutions tailored to client needs.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
    • Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent after-sales support.
    • Maintain a database of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.

    Market Research & Strategy:

    • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales strategies.
    • Provide input on pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
    • Assist in identifying high-demand equipment types and usage patterns to guide procurement.

    Reporting & Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Equipment Manager to understand inventory, availability, and delivery timelines.
    • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
    • Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to business planning.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, construction, or logistics.
    • Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients and stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and reporting software.
    • Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
