Sales Executive at Elevated HR Limited

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in clients and returning clients during shift hours, ensuring they are sufficiently attended to.
• Tend to the neatness, organization, and overall look of the showroom.
• Communicate with clients, follow up on inquiries, and provide necessary information to facilitate sales closure.
• Record client information such as addresses and contact details in the showroom database.
• Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure the showroom is running well.
• Familiarize yourself with the company furniture catalog and prices, communicating with management to ensure up-to-date information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in furniture or luxury products
• Proficient in spoken and written English with proper grammar
• Excellent personal hygiene and neat presentation
• Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and management
• Respectful and well-mannered.
