Job Brief

• We are massively recruiting for dynamic and results-driven for sales executives in a real estate firm to sell and promote our clients properties and drive sales growth.
• Successful candidates will be charge with the responsibility of creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, building and maintaining client relationships to sell properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our real estate listings and services
• Negotiate and close deals with potential clients
• Build and maintain a database of potential clients and leads
• Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials to clients

Requirements

• Diploma or B.Sc Degree in any field with ability to sell and market real estate properties
• Proven experience in real estate marketing or a related field.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Lagos
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.

Salary

• N140,000 monthly plus commission.
