Sales Executive - Edo at BOGO Beverages

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a passionate and targetdriven Sales Executive to join our growing beverage team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our brand’s market share, building and maintaining strong distributor and retail relationships, and achieving sales growth across Delta (Sapele/Warri) and Benin regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and regional targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers, distributors, and retail outlets.
• Ensure effective product distribution, visibility, and availability across all sales channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits to maintain market presence and drive brand performance.
• Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients.
• Provide timely reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain longterm loyalty.

Requirements:

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in beverage sales or FMCG, with a strong understanding of the Delta/Benin market.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, planning, and reporting abilities.
• Must own a car, have a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel across assigned territories.
• Applicants must currently reside in  Benin.
