Qualifications

• Candidate should possess a minimum of a B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Business Marketing or any related field.
• 3 - 6 years work experience.
• Must have held similar position at a reputable real estate firm for at least 5 years, supervisory and management experience is an added advantage.
• Must have project management and strategic thinking skills.
• Must be experienced in sales and marketing.
• Must have Excellent communication skills in oral and written English.
• Must have good knowledge in the use of MS word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
• Should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must have the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
