Sales Executive at Critters Veterinary Centre

Job Description:

• Courteously welcome clients with necessary information communicated in a smart and polite manner.
• Inform clients of product information (Quality, quantity, price etc.) and accurately sell out goods on sales software with accurate invoice generated for client purchases.
• Initiate and confirm transaction payment promptly with accurate billing communicated to client.
• Maintain a professional appearance, clean and properly arranged goods at all times.
• Provide well-mannered service to colleagues and communicate client billing information effectively at all times.
• Being the focal point for all transaction carried out in the pet shop as it relates to service.
• Ensure proper/prompt management and remittance of all cash or POS receipts to finance department daily.
• Submit daily accurate report to the finance department with proper reconciliation and information disseminated accordingly.
• Project a calm demeanour at all times when interacting with all clients.
• Promptly advise clients on pet handling in the pet shop area to avoid pet attack incidents.
• Be acquainted with procedures for handling all aspects of customer complaints or disputes.
• Ensure 95%-100% customer satisfaction at all times.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any Social Science related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience as a sales attendant.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
• Excellent marketing and reporting skills.
• Well-co-ordinated in multi-tasking and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional inter-personal and teamwork personality.

Remuneration: NGN120,000 - NGN140,000.
