Sales Executive at Contec Global Infotech Limited

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
• Enhance brand recognition
• Improve customer satisfaction degree.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
• Actively interact with consumers in the shop and regular customers.
• Negotiate / close deals, handle complaints and aftersales issues.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Market / product knowledge and provide information to help brand edge over competitors.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience of at least 2years as a Sales Executive or Sales Associate.
• Applicants in Lagos should have experience in selling home appliances and modern trade with retailers like Spar, Cash N Carry, Colors, Game etc.
• Applicants in Enugu should have experience in selling home appliances and market relationship/Modern trade with retailers like Roban Stores and Albertina in Enugu, Ebonyi and Anambra State.
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

Qualification

• HND / BSc / B.A Degree in Marketing or a relevant field
