    Sales Executive

    Job Summary:

    • We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at BlueBulb Financials. The successful candidate will drive sales of our Foreign Exchange (FX) products to individual and corporate clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the FX market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales & Business Development:

    • Actively prospect for and acquire new clients in the target market.
    • Identify and develop sales opportunities across various sectors, including but not limited to: corporates, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and proactively identifying their evolving needs.

    FX Product Knowledge:

    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of BlueBulb Financials' FX products, including spot trades, forwards, options, and other derivatives.
    • Understand and explain complex FX concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
    • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments in the FX market.

    Sales Reporting & Analysis:

    • Track and monitor sales performance against targets.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and analyses, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and client activity.
    • Utilize CRM and other sales tools effectively to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze sales data.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, proactive outreach, and personalized service.
    • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
    • Provide clients with market updates and insights to enhance their understanding of the FX market.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3 years of proven experience in FX sales, preferably within a financial institution.
    • Strong understanding of the FX market, including market dynamics, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work
