Sales Executive at Ascentech Services Limited

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦170,000 monthly + Transport Allowance + Incentives

Job Summary

We are seeking a presentable, confident and customer-focused Bakery Sales Executive to drive sales and develop new business opportunities across Abuja. The role will involve field sales and relationship management with restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, caterers, churches with bakery/catering operations, and other relevant customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new bakery and food-service customers.
• Visit restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, caterers, churches and other target outlets to generate sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote bakery-related products and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and follow up on customer needs and orders.
• Monitor market activities and identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in bakery, flour, food or FMCG products.
• Good communication, interpersonal and PR skills.
• Presentable, confident and customer-friendly personality.
• Willingness to work as a field sales representative and cover multiple locations within Abuja.
• Ability to build relationships and meet sales targets.
• Candidates with existing contacts within restaurants, hotels, caterers, coffee shops or similar businesses will be an advantage.
