    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing electronic gadget company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of electronic products including smartphones, laptops, accessories, and smart devices. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving revenue targets.

     

    Key Responsibilities / Job Description

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Promote and sell electronic gadgets such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, Airfryer, Microwaves etc.
    • Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to customers.
    • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Provide accurate information about pricing, availability, and after-sales support.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to corporate and individual clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
    • Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
    • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 1–3 years proven experience in sales, preferably in electronics, gadgets, or retail industry.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment is an advantage.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good knowledge of electronic gadgets and emerging technology trends.
    • Target-driven and self-motivated.
    • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
