    Sales Executive

    Job Summary:

    • The Sales Executive/Off-Trade VSR is responsible for driving sales and distribution of the company's products to independent and small retail outlets, such as convenience stores, off-licenses, and independent grocers. They work closely with store owners and managers to secure prime shelf space, maintain stock levels, and execute in-store promotions and merchandising activities. The Sales Executive/Off-Trade VSR plays a crucial role in expanding the company's market presence and achieving sales targets within their assigned territory.

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively research and identify potential clients in the open market
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract, engage, and convert new customers
    • Communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services to potential clients
    • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new business deals
    • Manage the full sales cycle, from order generation to delivery and cash collection
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and forecast future revenue
    • Provide regular sales activity reports and updates to management
    • Identify and act on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing clients
    • Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends

    Qualifications

    • Minimum HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
    • Mininmum 2 Years of Experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
    • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
