    Sales & Distribution Executive (Cosmetics)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned regions.
    • Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners to ensure timely product availability.
    • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and customer needs in the detergent market.
    • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
    • Analyze sales performance and recommend corrective actions to improve growth.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
    • Support in the development and execution of brand-building initiatives in local markets.
    • Train and guide sales teams on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
    • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues related to product quality, delivery, and service.
    • Ensure that customers’ needs are met, thereby fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.
    • Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and minimize stockouts.
    • Monitor stock levels at distributors and retailers, suggesting reorders when needed to avoid supply disruptions.
    • Provide training and leadership to junior sales staff, ensuring a high level of performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales objectives with company goals.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • 5 years of proven experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
    • Previous experience with leading brands in the cosmetics industry is an advantage.
