Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Lead and manage a sales team of at least 20 individuals, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including large construction companies and government departments in Abuja and Lagos.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market reach.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth areas and optimize sales strategies.
Develop and execute sales plans and budgets.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in building materials sales, with a proven track record of success.
Experience leading and managing a sales team of at least 20 people.
Strong network of contacts within the construction industry, particularly with large construction companies and government departments in Abuja and Lagos.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
