    Sales / Customer Service Representative

    Responsibilities
    Includes but not be limited to:

    • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using solid negotiations skills
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Respond to incoming calls by providing customers with answers, making offerings and pitching the business products
    • Participate in upselling, cross selling, suggestive selling, bundling etc
    • Source for new business leads through cold calling
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule time.
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members, departments, to drive business growth and increase customer base
    • Submitting and processing orders to ensure customers receive the products or services they request on time.
    • Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections and landing deals that are beneficial to the company, while also providing customers with optimal value.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
    • Keep abreast of best practices, industry events and promotional trends.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3 years minimum Experience in sales/ customer relations or any other relevant role
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent problem-solving skill
    • Detail-oriented
    • Demonstrate ability to increase customer retention and satisfaction
    • Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills
    • Ability to use CRM tools to manage account and maintain customer relationship
    • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications.
    • Excellent time management, project organization, and follow-through skills.
    • Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
