Job Description

• Responsible for Sales Support Services for the CSO
• Drive Sales Back office as sales function with constant communication with the warehouses
• Claim handlings, Credit/ debit notes
• Process steering of back office
• Maintenance of customer terms and conditions
• Prices upload in POE
• Customer account creation with the customer master data team in Germany or in Romania depending on the country
• Ensuring sales area data are uploaded in Q13/P13 with correct routes and transport Zones well defined

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration or its equivalent
• Qualification in Marketing and commercial background is an added advantage

Additional Information

Requirements

•  Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferable in the power tools business
• Strong product knowledge
• Knowledge of SAP is compulsory
• Great understanding of sales support
• Communicate effectively with high attention to detail
• Organised and able to multitasks; proactive, “can do attitude”
• Excellent working knowledge of MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset & sales drive
• Strong coordination skills & target orientation
• Ability to build relationships and to cooperate with people at all levels
• High efficiency on time management, ability to build sustainable relationships
• Strong level of analytical and strategic skills as well as ability to comprehend details
• Strong target orientation, motivation, and initiative
• Proven ability to perform under pressure
• Fluency in English
