    Sales coordinator (Female Only)

    Missions & activities 

    • Sales development and market expansion
    • sales team coordination, management
    • Sales assistance and management on CRM and SALES in ERP-Odoo
    • Sales and Sales team Administration, Assistance and support
    • Reporting, team and individual performance monitoring

    Details of each mission  

    Sales development and market expansion

    • Design and implement medium and short terms action commercial and sales plan.
    • Optimize company margins and look for levy to protect them.
    • Suggest and accompany sales structure for further growth.

    Sales team coordination and management

    • Empower of the sales team
    • Monitor performances
    • Control and adjustments on the team
    • Ensure lowest outstanding.
    • Ensure maximum margin.
    • Act as a liaison between various internal departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) as well as our abroad partners to ensure smooth execution of new business initiatives.
    • Accompany salesman with key customer account in negotiation and customer faithfulness.

    Sales assistance and management on CRM and SALES in ERP-Odoo

    • Manage the sales assistant on all his/her agenda, daily work and weekly objectives.
    • Participate and accompany the sales assistant to establish and manage on Odoo-system sales databases customer information sheets, establish quotes, invoices, delivery slips, waybill.
    • Establish reconciliation (with the support of the inventory manager) between the product delivered (delivery slips) and the invoices issued.
    • Establish reconciliation between invoices and payments with the support of the accounting manager.
    • Calculate from Odoo-ERP data the sales commissions and report them to the Commercial Director
    • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data from Odoo-ERP.
    • Monitor on-lines sales on Odoo-ERP
    • Sales and salesmen administration, assistance, and support
    • Provide commercial support to sales team.
    • Collect and analyze all sales information for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
    • Prepare, revise and edit monthly price list
    • Plan, structure and organize commercial meetings, sales actions, show cases, workshop, webinar, and exhibitions according to the commercial action plan
    • Coordination with the Head of Logistics on all the means to be implemented to optimize customer service (delivery of online customer orders, action plan, distribution, etc.)
    • Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes and streamline logistics.
    • Implement improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales.
    • Monitor all salesmen expenses : transport, special missions

     Reporting  

    • Carry out monthly, quarterly and annual appraisal of Sales assistant and salesmen’ s KPI
    • Analyze all the dashboards and commercial indicators
    • Improve all business tools and dashboards.
    • Gather sales data from various sources, including Odoo, salesmen, and other relevant channels.
    • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market insights to provide actionable recommendations.
    • Interpret data to identify opportunities for sales growth and areas for improvement.
    •  Prepare and generate regular sales reports for distribution to the sales team and Management.
    • Customize reports to meet specific needs or requests from different stakeholders.

    SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION  

    Theorical and practical knowledges  

    • Proficiency in prospecting, negotiation, and sales techniques
    • Sales and prospecting experiences (at least 10 years)
    • Proven experience in salesmen coordination and management (at least 3 years)
    • Performance monitoring experiences and skills
    • Analysis and synthesis abilities.
    • Technical and methodological know-how  
    • Master office automation tools (excel, word, power point)
    • Strong experience with CRM
    • Driving license
