Sales & Conversion Specialist at Bible Davids Ministries

Role Overview

The Sales & Conversion Specialist is responsible for engaging with prospective and existing contacts through calls, messages, and digital platforms to drive conversions for ministry initiatives. This includes promoting events, e-courses, programs, and other offerings while maintaining a people-first, mission-driven approach.

This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a results-oriented mindset, balanced with integrity and alignment with the ministry’s values. The ideal candidate is confident, empathetic, and skilled in guiding individuals toward clear decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and digital inquiries with the goal of driving conversions
• Present and promote ministry events, programs, e-courses, and initiatives clearly and compellingly
• Guide individuals through decision-making processes and assist with registrations or purchases
• Follow up consistently with leads to increase engagement and conversion rates
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions within CRM systems
• Meet or exceed established conversion targets and performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing, media, and discipleship teams to align messaging and campaigns
• Identify opportunities to improve scripts, processes, and conversion strategies
• Provide excellent customer experience while maintaining professionalism and integrity
• Handle objections with confidence, empathy, and effective communication

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales, call center operations, or customer engagement roles
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or conversion targets
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and connect with diverse individuals
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
• Results-driven with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Experience in a ministry, nonprofit, or faith-based organization is highly preferred
• Personal alignment with the mission, values, and spiritual foundation of Bible Davids Ministries is essential
