    Sales Consultant

    Job Summary

    • As a Sales Consultant you are to actas a technical advisor who bridges the gap between complex connectivity products and the specific needs of a business or residential customer.
    • Their role is focused on identifying pain points and prescribing the right solutions, such as Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) or Dedicated Internet Access.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Proactively identify and qualify potential leads within specific territories or industry verticals.
    • Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and physical site visits to introduce the company’s internet service offerings.
    • Perform "discovery" meetings to understand a client's current bandwidth usage, connectivity challenges, and growth plans.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of technical specifications for hardware, data plans, and Value-Added Services (VAS).
    • Work with the technical team to draft accurate Quotes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to the installation team, providing all necessary site details to avoid deployment delays.
    • Maintain contact with prospects through long sales cycles, building trust until they are ready to commit.
    • Collect insights from lost deals to help the Head of Department (HOD) refine sales strategies or product pricing.
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual sales targets and contribute to overall departmental growth.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Minimum of 2years of experience in B2Bor B2Csales or account management specifically within the Telecommunications or ICT sector.
    • Familiarity with ISP operations, fiber infrastructure, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
    • Excellent verbal & writing commuincation skills
