Sales & Client Relations Manager at SENCE Nigeria

Responsibilities:

• Oversee in-store customer experience and sales.
• Manage walk-in clients, fittings
• Handle client follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.
• Ensure stock is well presented and updated.
• Lead sales growth via direct-to-consumer (DTC) and wholesale channels.
• Oversee VIP clients, personal styling, and loyalty programs.
• Manage reviews and client follow ups to manage feedback.
• Pitch to retailers via LinkedIn regularly. (Saks, Revolve, etc)
• Manage CRM, retention strategies, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the online team for seamless multichannel sales.
