Marketing/Business Development Manager

We require a proactive Marketing/Business Development Manager that has experience as a marketer for FMCG goods.

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the following responsibilities: 

• Define marketing strategies to impact sales objectives.
• Strategically analyse the market/competitors, monitoring the market share, identifying
• trends and possible opportunities for growth.
• Co-ordinate marketing events.
• Develop marketing activities like sales campaign to generate leads and increase sales.
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with
• specific objectives across different channels and segments.

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a Marketing/Business Development Role.
• . Experience in FMCG sales, B2B sales 
• Must be target driven.
• Good command of English both writing and verbal
• Strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to maintain professionalism at all times.
• Strong project management, organizational, time management skills and ability to prioritise.
• Multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Must be passionate about sales.
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
• Established press and media presence. 

Salary range 75,000 - 150,000
