Sales Attendant at Rubels & Angels

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Attendant to join our team. As a Sales Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries, making recommendations based on their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
• Assist in restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
• Ensure that products are displayed attractively and in compliance with store standards.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
• Support inventory management by helping with stock checks and organizing products.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and help the store achieve overall goals.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales promotions, and store policies.

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional certification or courses related to retail or customer service is a plus (e.g., sales, communication, or business administration).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
