Sales Associate at Tetramanor Limited

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a young, vibrant and outspoken lady with a minimum of 2 years of luxury real estate sales experience tfill the Sales Associate role.
• The ideal candidate must reside in any of the following locations;
• Yaba, Ebutte Meta, Surulere, Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi.
• Applicant must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point Of contact for clients and potential buyers.
• Conduct property tours and showcase the unique features of Tetramanor's Properties.
• Market and achieve sales for Tetramanor properties.
• Respond tinquiries and follow up with potential clients.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Keep records of all visitors and other related activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of luxury real estate sales and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and
• Other equivalent online software.
• Social media and content creation savvy.
