About the Role

• Our client, a reputable national pharmacy, is seeking a smart, hardworking, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join their dynamic team in Ikeja.
• The ideal candidate must be energetic, well-presented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers courteously and professionally, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Promote and upsell pharmacy products to meet daily sales targets.
• Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and organization of shelves and counters.
• Accurately process sales transactions and handle payments.
• Support stock management and inventory updates.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and customer care standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service (experience in pharmacy or retail is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work diligently on alternate days.
