As a Sales Associate, you will drive high awareness of our solutions within a technical customer base. You will work closely with financial institutions to understand how Indicina can best serve their needs. You will support sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” in a complex, cross-functional environment. You collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately meet customer challenges.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to take on the role of Sales Executive within our continuously growing team. The successful candidate will help us expand our clientele by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with prospective clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Aggressively drive new customer acquisition by originating a strong pipeline of potential customers
Facilitate technical product demonstrations to potential customers
Coordinate with internal teams to align solution design with customers’ business requirements and existing infrastructure
Successfully qualify sales opportunities to maximize sales targets
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
Own the sales process from lead generation to deal close
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years of proven work experience in a B2B product sales
Ability to understand & explain technical products and interact with both highly technical and business-savvy B2B customers
A track record of sales performance
Focused and goal-oriented
Good knowledge of the fintech industry
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Accurately forecast sales prospects according to product, timeline, and value
Identify potential business opportunities
Experience in selling to multiple different segments, and developing differentiated messaging & sales approaches across different target segments
Previous experience with using CRM systems
