Sales Associate at eRecruiter Nigeria

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for loan and savings products.
• Promote microfinance loan offerings to individuals and small businesses.
• Conduct client assessments and credit evaluations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal and regulatory policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in microfinance, retail banking, or financial services.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with credit risk assessment and client onboarding processes.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
