Sales Associate - Digital Freight Forwarding at People Capacity Management

Job Description

• Ensure generation of high-value pipeline
• Maximize sales penetration with each customer by selling the complete range of services
• Visit and interact with potential customers to understand their needs; with the input of other teams offer customized solution that meets the customers’ requirements
• Plan customer visits ahead and perform a minimum of 15 quality sales interactions weekly
• Keep customer portfolio updated and expand customer base with new ones
• Follow-up on sales to ensure deals are closed and payment made
• Ensure timely response to customers and initiate corrective measures to issues arising. Be 100% focused on creating a best-in-class customer experience

N.B: Experience within the Shipping and Logistics industry is an added advantage
