Sales and Operation Manager (Male) at Harmony Group

Role Accountabilities

• Generate track and follow up leads to meet company and market expectations.
• Develop effective sales strategies that promote sales to new and existing customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales target.
• Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition
• Work with other managers and Head of sales to achieve Organization’s Mission.
• Managing customer feedback appropriately.
• Other duties may be assigned

COMPeteNCIES / Requirements

• Minimum of a Degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 years’ experience
• Basic MS Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal
• Great interpersonal skills
• Report Writing
• Marketing
• Presentation
• Experience in sales and marketing for physical goods,
• Applicant must be living in Benin city.
• The contract is expected to last for 3 months. After which we will look into possible extention.
