    Sales and Marketing Specialist

    Job Description

    • We are searching for an innovative sales specialist with a great analytical mind to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
    • We’re seeking a quick learner who has strong listening and negotiating skills as well as an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
    • Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and participating in trade shows, the sales specialist must be both approachable and professional in order to help us extend our global reach and impact.

    Responsibilities

    • Seek and develop new customers and/or channels in accordance with individual sales goals and/or objectives
    • Develop new business by expanding existing client relationships by evaluating their changing needs, as well as seeking out new relationships through networking, centers of influence, and other referral sources
    • Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.
    • Setting sales targets and implementing incentives.
    • Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources so targets are met.
    • Managing a network of vendors and suppliers.
    • Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow this example.
    • Keeping up-to-date with advancements in marketing.

    Required skills and qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or similar field
    • Three or more years of corporate sales experience, a background and experience in business development is a plus
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to think on your feet.
    • Experience in closing enterprise-level deals
    • Strong ability to analyze business opportunities effectively
    • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
    • Strong networking abilities.
    • Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
    • Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.
    • Ability to remain professional.
    • Willingness to work overtime when required.
